I got reported for talk and text hopein to get it back

I assume you mean you've been suspended.

Any report is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken so you do not get suspended for "no reason".

First of all you shouldn't of talked back in a aggressive manor, I think you totally deserve the ban. All you do is report them, then mute them. The definition of trash talking is as follow "insulting or boastful speech intended to demoralize, intimidate,

Same problem that I am having. Cant find anyone to talk to. Been going on for two hours now. Canf find anyone to talk to. I got a text saying it was back online but that was a lie.

I find the Text to talk works well with the kinect, but i think my accent kind of ruins it apparently.
