I got refund on ea fc says it was refunded today but nothing gone in

it was fifa 23 and yesterday i got into ea sports fc 24 ultimate team but today i was unable to connect

I have revisited my order and it only says completed on it, there is nothing about a refund being in place. As it is the last of the 7 business days today, surely it has to say refunded on my order by the end of today?

I think for EA specific's you have to go thru EA's game advisers to get a refund.

However, a friend of mine just got a full refund of BF4 on his XBONE digital download. so Definitely try MS first, else go to EA.

I already received the email that the refund has been processed and accepted and I was just waiting on the money to come back and today I got refunded $7. The game is Wo Long which is a full price game. The issue I’m having is that I just paid $80 for a game but then refunded it without even opening it. It said the refund would take a few days and it even says refunded under the status however I only have $7 that we’re actually refunded to my Microsoft account.
