I got profile picture banned for no reasons

Hello,

On March, I got my profile picture removed, and got a 24h ban.

It was just the name written white on black of a music band. Just letters, that's all.

And because of this ban, I cant be ambassador..

I never had the option to review my case..

How can I be helped ? I have NEVER put any offensive pictures in profile..

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. With 24hr bans there is no case review. If you were to fill it out they wouldn't even get to it until your ban was already over. Unfortunately, enforcement found that the picture was against the

Code of conduct or
Microsoft service agreement. You can view the enforcement site for more information regarding things not to do.

But becaus eof this ban that I don't deserve, I can't get part of the ambassador program, which is kind of unfair..

For information on why it was suspended, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com but since it was a 24 hour suspension, there is nothing else that can be done. Case
reviews are not eligible for 24 hour suspensions because the review would take longer than the suspension.

got a email but its on a alt account and i work and only play like once a week and also there seems to be no way to get help about it i dont know how raptor jesus can offend poeple annyway but its wut u get with xbox these days it seems a total flawed system where u can report someone profile pic and then gets com banned .,.

I actually don't know what exactly might have happened, but every report got analyzed first. But, no worries my friend, a profile pic ban, usually takes a couple of weeks to be over. But, you should've received an email with the expiry date, or saying if it's a permanent ban or not.
