i got permanently suspended and now can’t access my ubisoft account

i got permanently suspended on xbox and can’t access my ubisoft account anymore since i made it on my xbox account and wanted to know if i could change the email of my ubisoft account to a different one or not

Hello,

I’m able to sign into Xbox Enforcement on any other Xbox account except my main account that’s permanently suspended. I can’t sign into my main account on Xbox because it says I’m permanently suspended and I can’t even find out why.

Apologies for the late response, i never got a notification that there was a reply. When i try to access my account It just says " This account is permanently suspended from xbox live due to misconduct. " which it was not permanently suspended it was suspended for 14 days and i have the screenshots of the xbox enforcement page as proof of the 14 day suspension.

Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

Was doing the same for me until I tried it on my phone, got through to someone last Saturday and they said I would be unbanned 19th (today) but still can’t sign into my account, it does say suspended now, it used to say permanently suspended, [mod removed] knows what’s going on, I’ll have to see if I get banned because they’re probably going of gmt time.
