I got Permanently banned/suspended

Hi my Xbox name is Wayne and my real name is Jett and I’m 13 years old. I’m writing to tell you that I am very sorry for my actions towards other players and it is totally unacceptable the way I behaved. I’m appealing your decision for decision for banning me permenantly, as I’m 13 I promise to new use those actions again towers other players. I have spent days on this account, and I do not want to lose it. Back to my Xbox account, you guys at Xbox have given me lots of chances, but I didn’t care and still kept on doing it. I realize now you guys can take away my account just like that, and that feeing is horrible. I am asking for just 1 more chance, and it will follow all the guidelines. So to wrap it up, if you give me 1 more chance, you will not regret it and I will follow all the xbox guidelines.

We in the community and neither customer support can discuss penalties applied to your account. As you yourself said you've done this several times, I'm afraid this situation cannot be reversed.

nobody in the forums will be able to do anything in regards to Enforcement actions. For more information and any possible Case Review options (if available) see: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ Keep in mind that a submitting Case Review option (if available) it doesn't mean something will change.

If there are no options shown or a Case Review is denied then the only option you have is to create a new account (and start following the guidelines and rules etc).

If you got a 30 day console ban then that's because you've been suspended several times before or more than one account has been suspended on that console.

Next time it will be a permanent ban.

I’m having the same exact problem right now I got communication banned and on Enforcement it says 1 Week Communication and on Xbox it says Permanently Suspended.
