    I got perma banned in COD Cold War


    hey im myself a anti cheater and i hate if someone is cheating in any game but when i tryed to play cold war i saw a perma ban under the launch botton so i contactet the support and they say i used unauthorized software and manipulation of game data but i saw many have that problem and its because of some software like msi afterburner to overclock youre gpu or logitech G hub i use both for 1 for overclocking and the other for the lightning and dpi on my logitech setup

    im here cause idk what i should do next i tryed everything they just banned a loyal and good player i also only played zombies cause i dont like the multiplayer so in the end they just stole my 60€ and i cant do anything about it does anyone know how i can get unbanned cause i love that game or maybe anyone that can ask someone that could check my account correctly cause fr i never cheated i would appreciat that

    First, thank you so much for contacting us regarding your inquiry/ concern.

    I am very sorry but this is entirely up to game publishers. Before they issue a ban, they may actually monitor your activity in ghost mode and follow you around to see if you are using aim assist and like. They would verify whether cheats or multi-hacks are being used. If they verify this, they will issue a ban which can be done without any warning or explanation.

    I am very sorry but Xbox support cannot do anything about this :(

    nothing Microsoft can do, you were banned by activision and you need to take it up with them. Microsoft do not own Activision and would not intervene even if they did,
