If it's some trial offer from discord then no it won't work

Trial codes only work on new accounts

if you say I bought it, I didn't buy the Xbox code. I got it from buying nitro discord from someone and got the gift code It's a shame if I don't exchange the code

If your account will use the region it's set for. If you get any codes from another region they won't work. I know the Discord promotion was region specific so you may not be eligible.

I got my codes from like the free discord gamepass ultimate codes, and I did it on the redeem site, the one you mentioned above.
