I got my microsoft account hacked

My microsoft account has been hacked and i tried everything with the acsr and things but what i wanna do is open up a 1;1 conversation with a microsoft agent, how do i do this?

Just to confirm, did you already tried everything from the interactive guide, right?

If yes and if you have proof of ownership you can open a chat with an agent / advocate using the same guide. Scroll down to the bottom and there you can see something like "Contact support"
Probably you need to sign in. You can use a different account or create a new one for this purpose

Thanks for checking. I hate to be a bearer of bad news here but I am afraid that we cannot do much about it anymore if we don't know the current email address of your hacked account.

You may try to contact Microsoft/Xbox support if they could help you finding the account using your gamertag but it's not guaranteed that they can help due to our account safety and security.

It means that it was removed from your account already. You need to find traces of the current email that was used to replace the email from your account by checking your email history or Xbox console if it shows there.

It's required that you know it to start the recovery process.

When i put the email in the recovery it says that email doesn't exist

Hello, in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service via chat and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However, ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

Here in the community we are independent consultants, so we do not have access to the same information and tools that support has.

Each account recovery case is unique, and if you request the ATO, you must wait for a response from Microsoft's investigation department.
