I got my device suspended for 30 days for no apparent reason

Both us (Independent Advisors) and Microsoft Xbox customer support can’t assist with suspensions or enforcement actions. Both us and them don’t have access to enforcement details.

Yea I don't have another Xbox, this is unfair lol.

It's a device suspension, it says you can't submit a case review for device suspension. That and the history is clean so I can't submit a case.

Also. the account apparently got banned when my freinds did this, but when i checked for suspension reason. it said that the account was not suspended or not there.
