hey i have a problem, i have my Xbox live account connected to an old email account but that account got hacked 4 years ago. ever since i have been asking for a reset and i have been getting didly squat, i need help, my account has at least 500 bucks worth
of items on it..... i need help ASAP, and i can go online cause i need the password to do so....

P.S. the Chat Now with an Ambassator thing sucks, its just in the loop... ive been waiting for half an hour help ASAP

same please help me ive just got banned permantly and i have done nothing wrong it says that i have done “inapropriate content” although i dont really message anyone so if anyone can help me get unbanned and ive never been banned before and my reputation is good so someone must have hacked my account or something because i dont ever swear on text or chat so please help im a good person

my xbox live account got hacked i got it back went to play on ghost and it sed i wos banded iv dun nothing rong will u help me gamertag

im having this issue in a way ive never seen. i have one xbox account that is banned and since it used to have xbox live it trys to connect. when it trys to connect it gets the code stated above and then it affects all my other accounts. ive checked with
enforcement to see if the console was banned and it isnt. so i then went to my ps4,wii,laptop, and a friends xbox one and they work with internet. i got a new router and still no help except better mbps but still no connection on this xbox.i never had this
issue until i was hacked and got banned on the hacked account. please help im bout to just give up on xbox completly
