i got just dance 2024 and it’s says it’s not compatible on my xbox s

i entered the code and it appeared on my console then when i went to download it, it said not compatible

It sounds like you have a One S then. That game is available for the Series S/X, but not the One.

Unfortunately Just Dance 2023 was not released for the Xbox One. It is compatible with the Series S/X.

The game was not released for the One. You would need a Series S/X in order to play it. A Series S/X is not the same as a One S.

If you want the best hands free experience, Xbox One and Kinect are the way to go. If you have an Xbox One S or X you'll also need an adapter to make it compatible with the Kinect. That's the only camera
that will work for Just Dance on the Xbox. Otherwise you can use your smartphone by downloading the Just Dance app.
