I got home after 8 hours of snowboarding and see that I was randomly banned. Don’t recall doing anything wrong. I may cuss here and there with some friends but so do they. In fact they say worse stuff then me. I have no reason to be banned and I haven’t
said any mean things to people I don’t know.

Only an Enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions and they do not use the forums. If qualified, and you haven't done so yet, you can submit a case review at
https://enforcement.xbox.com.

Keep in mind suspensions are issued only after an investigation has been completed.
