I got hacked and they changed my email address to something I don't know.

My Microsoft account got hacked. The hacker was baiting me to get him verification codes of changing the security info of my account, then got raid of my account.

He deleted the original email of my account which is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" then somehow changed the account email to another one named
"*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" (These info is shown in first image, check attachments).
After doing so, he got raid of all my security stuff like verify phone number and email.He was clearly hacking my account. He literally deleted my original email of this account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***", if he is not hacking this account, he has no need to do it...

I really need help!

You didnt actually give him the verification codes did you? If so this would've been what allowed everything else that happened afterwards to occur.

Sorry mate I can’t find on any consoles anywhere the email related too the gamertag it got wiped out or taken off the console but most likely taken off. But I don’t know if the person that hacked it changed the email for it also. So that why I need help if there any other way too find the email address linked with hacked my Xbox account because I can’t find on the console sadly.

I don't know if this helps but you could try making an alias on microsoft account. I don't think it changes the account but I think it does change the e-mail address seeing as you got hacked (happend to me too) unless I'm wrong.

Gotcha, I think I understand a little better. I honestly don't know my original "Live" ID because I always used my yahoo email address to log in, both on the Xbox 360 and online at Xbox.com.

So my first step here to avoid additional pain and suffering is too change the primary email on this new account? So my original email is freed up?

On a funny note, the person who got my account subscribed to Zune using a separate paypal account. I've been getting notifications on my alternate email address from Microsoft Zune saying the paypal account is not correct. This email also includes this
person's GMail address. I know Gmail addresses are disposal, but the dude had bascially changed the Live ID to something very similar. At least that's what the customer service rep told me.

I've been tempted to email the guy, but I know that would serve no purpose.

I do not know what email address the hackers have changed the new email to. Can I not provide the email address that the account has been registered to for the past 10 years, and they can track the history to see all the changes were made today?

They logged into my account and changed the email to something they created. I have access to my regular email that the account was created on, and has been linked to for a decade.

Are you saying I need to know the email that the hackers changed it to?
