I got hacked and the Guys change my email what i do now?

Did you enter your original email address? Since it's been removed, you need to use the hacker's email address as the account you're trying to get back into?

All time its say " The email is not exist" Soo what i do now?

Just to set your expectation, due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts and verify their ownership. Even a Microsoft Support cannot recover our accounts on our behalf because they're protected by the security information we have setup on our accounts which we only have access to.

Since your email address was replaced already, you cannot use your own email address to recover your account. You must know the current email address of your account which must be the hacker’s email address to start the account recovery process. Without it, you cannot start the recovery process because it's the primary key of your account.

I suggest to check your mailbox (inbox, spam/junk folder) to find traces of the new email address that's currently linked to your original account. If the account was added to an Xbox console, it would be best to check it from there too.

In case you know the current email, you may try to reset the account password through https://account.live.com/pw

Hello, as mentioned above you should contact Xbox Customer Service via chat and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However, ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

Each account recovery case is unique, and if you request the ATO, you must wait for a response from Microsoft's investigation department.
