what if the 2 step vrification is no longer possible? Because the hacker kicked me out of my own account

I've got nearly the same Problem than Killah. And I tried to download my own Profile.

But now there's a problem with teh download and my Accound is away. What should i do now?

stratos 9900 i understnad how u feel i had the exact same thing happen to me yesturday they hacked me then played fifa 12 on my accound and stole 3000 microsoft points from me and i rang microsoft and they are investigating it now just really sucks for people
