I got hacked and i cant seem to get my account back.....

Xbox support should be able to do an unauthorized access unable to recover escalation for you even if TSV is turned on.

You need to explain to them that you did not turn on TSV that the person that took control of your account turned it on.

Part of the escalation is creating a new microsoft account so that the escalations team can move all of your information over to the new account.

Please can you follow the steps in the image underneath to select the right option to request a call back from a Microsoft agent.





Please request a call back during their opening hours in your region. This is displayed on the main page when you follow the contact us link. Please explain everything to the agent over the phone and they will be able to tell you what options are available for you for you.

Please be aware that the Microsoft account team are the only folk who can reset your password. So, the Microsoft agent, if possible, will need to submit information to the account team for them to review.
