I got hacked & a perma ban

Some guy hacked my account & got me perma banned, not only that but they stole almost $90 , I appealed but they denied immediately without reaching out for proof. Who can I contact to plead my case? I'm not letting this guy take 20 plus years of gaming & money from me & I take the punishment. If Microsoft cares for their customers at all, they will hear me out, especially since there's a hacker wave going on.

If he is console banned, it is a perma ban. If his account got hacked and he still got banned, he can try to talk to them on the forums, but bans are typically irreversible even if it is in error.

I got a perma ban on the account i bought it on (ban came from my brother who i no longer share an account with) but i thought the game licence stays on the xbox. Also the account that has the perma ban is still on my xbox. When i got the perma ban and
made this account i got a console ban for using a new account before the console ban i had it and when my console ban was lifted i cant find most games i want to download :/

Recently microsoft announced that any account found to be hacking would be perma banned, that might be why.

Also I forgot to mention that I just got banned for two weeks and then got hit with the perma ban. Seems like it was an error

Once an account is under investigation other infractions can be discovered of a more serious nature

Yep I know that as well, I'm saying i got banned for two weeks then immidietaly got perma banned. I got banned once before that as well recently (wasn't long) so there's nothing in the past that they could use against me in a perma ban but since guys say
you cant help there's no point
