I got gold and cant get free gold games

After buying a gold card Some of the free games with gold are still charging me am i doing something wrong?

How do you find or get to the free games with gold? I tried going to the xbox one store on the xbox, but it doesn't show the games for gold games. I tried using bing and saying games for gold, but it still doesn't show up. Where from the home page is are the games for gold... I cant seem to find it. It use to be on the home screen but is not anymore and I cant locate it. I am sure I am just missing it... can someone help as to where I can locate this app or page?

ok so i lost my gold membership and when i got cod black ops i got a free 2 day membership, well that ran out and i bought a month gold membership over paypal. but on my xbox live account it still says im an xbox liver free account, im confused and i cant
get it to gold so i can play reach.

 

Hi, looking at your gamercard here on the forums it shows you as a silver member, did you redeem the gold code card on this account or maybe a different account ?

 

I used it on this account and gold is active i can use multiplayer I just cant get games and what you said now concerns me more than ever

 

Try removing and adding your account back to the Xbox, it is strange that your forum gamercard shows you as a silver member but if you're certain you used the code card on the correct account this may fix things.

 

To double check things click on your gamertag in the top right of this window, click on Subscriptions, is it showing you as having a current Xbox Live subscription ?

 

It's also worth just verifying that your membership etc meets the requirements to obtain the games with gold.

well just suddenly went free strangely guess they fixed it

 

That's good to see, it can sometimes take a while for the system to catch up. you are still though showing as a silver member here but that should change given time.
