i got gifted the dlc for genesis , but it won’t let me have the things i need

I'm having a similar issue. My friend gifted me Genesis season pass and all the dlcs for it for Xbox one, I accepted it and redeemed the code but it's not showing up when I look for it on Windows 10 for my computer, it's wanting me to buy it again?

I don't even have the HLNA mini all the Xbox players I play with have that got the dlc when I did.

I do that but once I do that the sacrifice dlc says “does not need to be installed” but it won’t let me play the dlc when I’m in the game it just has me open the 360 part to buy it again and that says free

Yeh that’s the problem. It won’t let me log into the account since it’s locked. So I can’t access the things you have suggested. Ah well guess I just got robbed of 25£. Sucks

I have an airport run, and am a bit bored, with nothing on TV. I was just going to do a thread on Genesis, but saw this. I am debating whether to get it, or not? I'm curious. I don't need it, have completed every possible playthrough and scenario, but
am a sucker for all things ME. Its the only piece of dlc I don't own. Hmm, decisions. Wonder if its on Youtube?

You can also try clearing the alternate MAC address settings - network - advanced settings - alternate MAC address - clear - restart
