I got Gears of War 4 digitally in the form of a code. I have not gotten the free games.

To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.

So if you still don't have your codes after 30 days, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll take a closer look.

noone will be able to tell you when you will get the codes when your turn in the code waves comes up it will come up

Assumingyou are in a qualifying region

China and Japan and non xbox live regions are excluded

for future reference and less problems with games keep your account region matching your actual region and yes it's important for these games

Gears 1 and 3 will not redeem if you don't match them

As stated in the terms and conditions they are sent out in waves

dSupport has recently said 1month quote as a timeframe that doesn't mean your turn in the waves ain't next weekend but unfortunately they won't tell you where you are in queue

I still haven't gotten my codes for the additional gears of war games from 360 this sucks that's the whole reason I bought the ultimate edition of gears 4

You received a disc copy of Gears of War 4? If so, the codes should be located in the case if the bundle you purchased was specially marked. In order to receive the Gears of War 4 codes over Xbox Live, you would need to redeem a digital code for Gears of
War 4, or would have had to purchase digitally through the Xbox Store. If you did redeem a Gears of War 4 code for the
digital version, then Smwutches is correct that you will receive the codes within 30 days of the code redemption date.

Please let us know if it is not digital so we can further narrow this down!
