I got falseley accused for Modding/Tampering my account.

Wow, seven years of supporting xbox with their content, games, and devices, and I get suspended for supposedly "Modding my account." I played hard, and true to get to where I am. I've never changed my avatar, Gamerscore, or modded my gamerpic. This is ridiculous.
Seven years of working up to where I am and my Gamerscore gets set back 50,000. This is ridiculous, and harassment towards me. I think I might even switch to Play Station because seven years of loyalty, playing games legit, and following all of their rules
just to be set back pushes my limit. I can't wait to write a review to one of my critics to write towards Xbox for this. It's unbelievable.

Ok, my Account has been permanently suspended for "Profile Tampering" 3 months ago. Since then, I've been fighting the XBLPET for an explanation. I understand that they can't give explanations on sensitive issues such as "Marketplace Theft". But why are
they refusing to tell me what I've done in the Profile Tampering section? I know that Profile Tampering consists of Avatar modding, Tenure modding or Achievements modding. But non of these are the case with my Account. Everything looks legit 'cause everything
IS legit. The first time I asked what my offense was on the "Why was my Account Suspended?" Forum. I had received 3 words: User Account Tampering. What does this tell me? Nothing at all. So I asked a second time and recieved this message: "This account was
permanently suspended due to message traffic regarding ISO's" 1. I have read both the CoC and ToU after reading this message and couldn't find anything regarding my "Infraction". 2. It wasn't even about the Xbox! It was about the PC! 3. If I'm being accused
of ISO modding, why wasn't I console banned? The third time I asked, I was simply suspended from using the Forums till March 28th. The fourth time I asked, I was told "This Account has been suspended due to using the service for online modding purposes." Out
of all the times I've asked, they've only responded in Emails and oddly deleted all the poss so no one could see my questions. Is this a joke? 3 months and know explanation on why my 3 year account was permanently suspended. I'm considering filing a BBB (Better
Business Bureau) complaint on Xbox as to why my Profile has been permanently suspended. And before anyone suggests, I'm the only one who uses my Xbox 360 so it wouldn't be anyone else that caused the infraction.

 

I'm sorry for this frustration. We are separate from the Enforcement team and have no information about it. The Only way to get this appealed is to visit enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review. Good luck to you.
