    Banned for no reason

    I was enforced for no absolute reason. If it was for language isn’t called freedom of speech. This is bull.

    console banned and get no answer

    Xbox console is banned and I went to two different forums with no reply, so i will try here. console banned while playing. No modifications, never warned for bad conduct, bought directly from microsoft, and never been repaired for anything. need a contact
    to get ahold of people who may have enforced this bann to get some kind of answer. If the reason is legit then i will not contact the lawyer in my family. If I get no answer then i will probably go ahead with a lawsuit.

    Thank you for reaching out to the forums. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.



    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

    I have a question that I cant find the answer to

    No , unless the one you bought him says it on the box ...I could be wrong but I don't think they include that anymore...you could still run out and get a 1 month card and just email him the number or buy online and give him the number....
