    there is a way to use windows 10 xbox one app on the computer and set a custom image which mine said Ladies and Gentlemen. I asked around over and over again and found out from a ambassador that it didn't violate the code of conduct. but today I just received
    a email from xbox that I violated Code of conduct. what can or should I do? I don't want my account banned or suspended because that's unfair the ambassador said that I could do it because it didn't violate terms. ugh talk about a Merry Christmas to me and
    a great way to start new year by having my account possibly suspended. :'( all those loyal years and rules I followed for nothing.

    well I just got reported and got email saying it does violate the code of conduct and now I am in trouble i got email that i violate code of conduct. but had ambassoders permission and said it didnt ... :(

    Except it's already been said to be a violation of the code of conduct to do it repeatedly.

    It doesn't matter if he gives you permission, it is still a violation of the code of conduct.

    Profanity is a violation of the code of conduct. So it does not matter if that was all that was said, it violated the code of conduct so it warrants a suspension.

    Since contacting the support, the Gamertag is the same. The motto has changed, the Bio and everything has been deleted and reverted back to 'Code of Conduct'.. Im still not done. It's a violation of my property! and Permission!

    (Also my bad, i didnt know name and shame wasn't allowed. The person must have enough shame as it is!!)
