I got console banned and I was wondering if I had to buy a new console

I was banned 5 days ago and it was my first banned and im permanently banned and I'm console banned as well and I was wondering if I have to buy a new Xbox and if there's a chance of me getting my account back

hello my gamertag is orioles jitter my console has been banned I hade no banned accounts normally banned accunts means a warning but I just got console banned I was wondering why I got banned and if I could get my 360 unbanned and get a banned account instead
of console banned

I was wondering i got console banned, and i read reasons i would of got console banned and i did none of the reasons i got banned. wondering if an ambassador could anwser why this happened? Thanks Get back to me ASAP

Yes i have and i couldn't get a case review because I couldn't click apply because my account was set to a child account and the parental account set to my account couldn't click it either
