If you have reported him, then it will be investigated and any relevant action will be taken if what you say is true. The reason you were suspended was of the word retard. It's always best to just report and block using the Xbox report and block features, never reply, as that is what they want you to do, and get you suspended for replying back.

yeah xbox loves to ban people for little things.Cant even call someone trash(even though it expressing yourself) but people can make gay groups expressing themselves
