First he started off with killing new players I said you have fun killing people trying to enjoy the game. He said OK beta I said (Mod Removed) mean. Then he reported me and then I’m banned is that a real reason for me to get banned by a cheater? How do I know if he’s cheating? I tied him up this is red dead online by the way I tied him up and shot him in the head he didn’t die. I like to help people and I got banned by a cheater and banned by the system that is supposed to also help.Thank you for reading!

So I’m unbanned but I can’t use my Xbox app to message people, it says I’m still suspended but only on the app

Sorry to hear about the toxic behavior, however, by saying what you said, you violated terms of service. The reporting system is not who said what first, if any account violates and gets reported, action will be taken. If there is toxic/cheating behavior in certain games then go and report but replying in the way you did will certainly get you reported even if they are toxic, they still have the right to report just like anyone does.

My advice is do not reply in a way that violates terms of service.
