We need to validate your license for the game by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. You should locate the transaction for the game and it should be stated as "completed".

Once confirmed, remove and re-add your account to re-sync your license for the game.

REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

I have also uninstalled cold war and installed cold war twice

Well now I have a different problem I uninstalled every thing and downloaded cold war.

Now I can't get online with servers in cold war.

When I go to warzone , it takes me to the store .To the COD MODERN WARFARE .

I bought the cross genre platform, even though I have xbox one .

When I uninstalled it from cross platform, I installed the xbox one version .. Does this matter .

What version I installed??

Before they issue a ban, they may actually monitor your activity in ghost mode and follow you around to see if you are using aim assist and like. They would verify whether cheats or multi-hacks are being used. If they verify this, they will issue a ban which can be done without any warning or explanation.
