I got charged with a second 1 month suscription in the same month?

Hi

Today in the morning I found a charge for a 1 month suscription of gold through paypal.

My 1 month suscription is supposed to expire on the 2nd day of each month, or in this case, November 2nd. (and is allowed to renovate itself).

Why did I got charged with another month if were halfway through october?

Problem with the suscription of Xbox Game Pass

I tried the Xbox Game Pass with the 14 days free trial. Today I was charged automatically 9,99€ (in Spain) for the next month. I cancelled my suscription for not being charged next month and now I cannot access the Xbox Game Pass library. Which I have already
payed today. This does not make sense, I was charged today for the suscription of 25/01/2018 til 25/february, if I cancel my suscription it was for the next payment, no?

Order History to see if it states that the charge was for Xbox live gold or if it was something else.

If needing further assistance with the charge I would suggest to contact Live Support.

I have been trying to get this same thing resolved but when I Chat with XBOX Customer service, they told me "what reason would a company give away free months without charging for one?" In other words, if you got a code it means they charged your pay method
for 1-month, yet the promotion said 1-month Free to get 3-months Free code. Sounds like stealing via false advertising.

I have friends in my game clan that I told about this promotion when I saw it on my dash and they signed up. A couple got the 3-month code already so I gotta ask them to check to see if they got charged for 1-month. If so, I feel terrible I led them to get
charged.

Going to research this more as it seems to have happened to a few people on Xbox ONE.

It means that the time you got left on those suscriptions will be automatically converted to Ultimate Areeb.

Here is the convertion ratio:

1 month of Gold = 20 days of Ultimate

3 months of Gold 50 = days of Ultimate (1+ month)

6 months of Gold 79 = days of Ultimate (2+ months)

12 months of Gold 4= months of Ultimate

24 months of Gold 8= months of Ultimate

1 month of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 20 days of Ultimate

3 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 2 months of Ultimate

6 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 4 months of Ultimate

12 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 5 months of Ultimate

24 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 10 months of Ultimate
