Discus and support I got charged twice fix this! in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; So on the 8th I bought and controller on got charged for it but it still says its pending even when i payed for it and yesterday I just got charged...     So on the 8th I bought and controller on got charged for it but it still says its pending even when i payed for it and yesterday I just got charged from it again and still says its pending so fix this! Ridiculous.

    Ive got this issue too. Sucks because I really want to play this game! I checked my purchases and I did get charged but it refunded me. Which is fine. But I still can't buy the game. It keeps telling me something went wrong. I've tried it on both the console
    and Xbox.ca. No luck. I am glad to see I'm not the only one though.

    I got charged twice for a repair and I'm getting the run around bad. Five different reps so far and nobody knows a thing. But I got charged twice according to my bank statement and Microsoft xbox got the money both times. Anybody have an email address?
    I can't waste time on the phone because I have limited minutes. And the woman I spoke to on the phone was no help at all.
