I got charged out of nowhere and dont see the subscription in my payment and billing

I was having this problem, I canceled my subscription last winter. Yet, I was still being charged for the 10-person realm, even though Minecraft said that my realm was expired, I was still getting charged! Even after my card number got changed. My fix for this was going to xbox.com and singing in to see my payments and billings, turning off reoccurring payments, then canceling the subscription.

Hi Mateus,

It was anj XBOX and I can see that I was charged for the subscription (labelled as reocurring bill) on 1st November and then had to make another payment to access the service again on 15th November. I can see from my billing page that the next payment is due to go out on the 1/1/22. Is this because the sstem has relaised an error has coccured??

It starts a recurring subscription so it wants you to enter a payment method. It doesn't actually charge you since you're using the prepaid code but if you dont want to be charged in the future, you would need to turn off recurring billing after starting the subscription.
