i got charged in 2 different accounts for 1 subscription for 3 months

i use my brothers account to play my games, and i bought a minecraft realm sub, and that costs 30sar
but i got charged 2 times a month at different times, in different accounts, but it all was paid with my credit card,
and i hope to recive a refund for the extra amount of money that got removed from my account

i tried to post images but i couldent for some reason

You can cancel the subscription and get a refund by logging in through this website

https://account.microsoft.com/services

Select the three dots next to the name of the subscription you wish to cancel and then select “Manage”, in that section you will find the “Cancel subscription” button, select it and it should give you the option to cancel and get a refund.

In case it does not let you do it and you get a message saying that it is not possible to cancel because the subscription is already paid, you can request a refund through this link:

Sometimes the renewal date and the billing date can be 2 different dates for Xbox. So let's say your account actually renewed on 1/1/12, but your billing date is not until the 2nd of every month... that means you will not get charged for your renewal until
2/2/12 (which would show up for you on 2/3/12). That would mean you are a whole month backwards in your billing. I bet if you take a look at your bank account, you will see that you never got a charge for one of the months, due to the backwards billing cycle.
All in all, it means the charge you just got was actually for Jan and not Feb. If you don't understand, call 1-800-469-9269.

The 1:1 ratio for upgrading Core to ultimate has ended. The current ratio is 3:2 so you would not get a full 36 months if you add 3 12 month subscriptions.

Also the $1 promotion is typically only available for new subscribers so you may be charged the full price for Ultimate.

14.99, that looks like 3 month Gold sub. You know that you are not always charged at the time of subscription renewal? probably your subscription renewed last month but you just got charged now.

I have a 3 month recurring payment subscription that was due to be payed on the 20th of January. I also have a 1 month recurring payment subscription that is currently payed for.

I currently do not have access to my games with gold. I have seen dual charges both labeled as Xbox Live Gold in differing amounts ($24.99 and $9.99 to be precise).

I also have an Xbox Game Pass account and am currently past due on it, but that isn't part of my concern.
