    I am a reoccurring Xbox Gold member, but was charged for WRC 6 during the Xbox Gold free for members dates. Microsoft denied my refund. I verified I was in good stand with my Gold account. I was. I verified the game
    was still available for free. It was. I haven't downloaded or played it because I was hoping for some sort of refund. Is this common?

    The question is did you had gold membership when you purchased the game? You can be charged only if you didn't have gold membership.

    WRC 6 is not showing up in the Xbox Store in the USA

    Try going here and downloading it through your Microsoft account online. Once you boot up your Xbox console, it should start to download for you. Let me know how it goes!

    Just to confirm, are you referring to this game; https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/store/WRC-10-F...? If yes, then you should be able to purchase it on your Xbox One and download it on Xbox Series X once get one.
