I bought a GTA shark card for 21.19 and I didn't get money on GTA the images show my account name and proof I got the shark card

The charges on the card, if they say pending then one will drop off in a day or two. The same thing happens on my credit card when I make certain purchases. If they say
posted, then you can to submit a
refund request and speak with your bank about the charge. Until both charges show as
posted, there is nothing that can be done.

I understand your situation as I have over 5 years experience in retail. I would suggest that you double check to make sure that you were actually charged twice and that one of the charges isn't a pending charge that may just go away. You could also contact
the place that handles your debit card and see if they can check to see if it was charged twice. Also you will also want to contact Xbox support/Rockstar support to see if they can help you with the issue.

So why is it that you are not allowed to gift shark cards. You can gift anything else but shark Cards. I have unused credit in my microsoft account but the only thing played is gta v and i want to buy shark cards for that game. But I can only purchase
it for my own account. I cannot transfer it nor can I buy a gift card with my credit even tho I purchased the gift cards myself to put on the account. And now im being told GTA V SHARK CARDS CANNOT BE GIFTED !!! Why !!??!?! Please help

Are you playing the Xbox One version or the Series X/S version of GTA Online?

Please make sure your version matches the shark card you purchased. Shark Cards for the Series X/S version will show "(Xbox Series X|S)" in the name in the order history.
