    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues when playing Ark Ascended on Xbox Cloud Gaming. To isolate your issue, please clear your cache and cookie on your browser.

    Click the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner), and open the Settings menu

    Click Privacy, search, and services on the left-side menu.

    Under the section Clear browsing data, click Choose All time.

    Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

    Click Clear Now.

    Close Microsoft Edge for your changes to take effect.

    In addition, you may also play Xbox cloud using Xbox App. Here's where you can download it.

    I have a linked account on the Xbox series one doesn't work with Ark survival ascended

    Also, when we try to enter the online server it tell that I need a online access but, the Xbox is linked and I can download gamepass games or play online on other game. It's only with Ark survival ascended
