I got blank maled into being banned

I was Banned because on a game (rocket league) someone told me to Send a message to get a free item so i did and then they text me back saying enjoy the ban I said why Then they said give me this and i won't get u banned. I said No. so later that
night I got a message of Xbox live saying I was communication banned because i said something inappropriate I hope xbox live will see this and respond

Got suspended for modern warfare 2

I got suspended for getting into a plain looking lobby that I later found out was a modded lobby because i had got a kill and then it up ranked me to a prestige that was blank

I backed out right away and turned off my xbox and then the next I got on and it said I was banned

the name of the guy that I got into a lobby with was [Mod removed] and his clan tag was Jtag

 

I Got Banned From Being Provoked

Today while I was playing Black Ops 3, a person with the Gamertag: Ect messaged me asking why I use the gun I was using and provoked me to try and get a reaction, as stupid as I was I gave him a reaction and said "s t f u", he then asked me what that meant
so I told him. I then got a message from him saying "Banned" with a smiley face. I did not deserve this 24 hour ban. He provoked and provoked me until I gave him what he wanted so he could ban me, this is not how people who have this power should use it. He
is overusing what he has to negatively effect myself and many others when I was just playing the game by myself causing no trouble.

You should also file a report on the user too would be my suggestions in addition to the case review.

No excuse for people like this in the community but do yourself a favour and try being less naive.

Why would anyone go out of their way to do you a favour? Any messages i get like that i just ignore and so should you.

The only legit messages i get are ones where i'm being childishly insulted for playing a game well.
