    I got billed twice. Got ignored by the help person.


    I feel like I exhausted all my options here. I asked to speak to someone, but that person was less than helpful and just closed the conversation on me after I provided all the proof with 5 screenshots of my email and several billing recipe's . She just responded with "Here click on this link to see your recent purchases and closed the chat" I even had to wait 10 minutes twice for her to respond after she said she needs 2 minutes to check a single screenshot. Felt like she wanted to waste my time instead of actually helping me. The responses were also all copy pasted so it felt like she didn't even understood(or wanted to understand) my problem. Kind of outrageous for the biggest tech company out there. This also seems to be an issue for years and its beyond me how its not fixed. I pretty much have daily transactions for all kind of stuff and it literally never happened. Yet it seem to occur a lot on Microsofts end and reading through all the old threads it seems like Microsoft isn't really interested in actually fixing this issue.

    I still need help though. I tried all their other options as well and tried to find a solution by myself. Yet all the links which actual helpful guys offered from their older forum posts are dead. I tried to find a commerce site/email or contact, but was unable to.

    So is there anything else I can do or anyone who can assists me here? If not I will just charge back the money and be done with it since it was my first purchase outside of the 1 euro month(which was only charged once).

    Some additional info:

    I don't have a second Microsoft account nor does anyone else uses my PC which seemed to be the issues in earlier threads so that won't apply here.

    The billing occurred in the exact minute twice. I got two emails in the same moment via ping on my phone, I got two charges on my Paypal with two different transactions codes, also in the exact moment. I provided all these information's to the other Microsoft "helper" as well. So not sure if its of any use to anyone.

    Sorry if I sound a bit on edge, but I quite literally already wasted more than two hours and its getting super frustrating.

    Hello, you need to call and speak with a representative so you can be refunded. Please be mindful that wait times are still long during this time.

    You would have to call support.

    It sounds like you redownloaded it from the marketplace instead of your download history or in game.
