i got billed for game pass just for it to automatically cancel 2 days later

First, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and check what is the status of your subscription.

Also, please check your order history via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, we need to know what happened first.

I just found out I got charged for automatic ultimate game pass for 2 mths on my Paypal even though I cancelled recurring billing on Microsoft itself. It's paying 2 mths worth of subscription to Microsoft for nothing as the order history doesn't exist on my Microsoft account. Any luck getting refund?

Okay, it updated so now it says I have Xbox Game Pass until 2/21 and is that finalized as far as that goes? I can't refund it and cancel it in any shape or form? I am much appreciative of your help, I believe I cancelled my automatic billing and it said
it will automatically expire then.

I did cancel it - I didn't get the cancel and refund now. I've already got a charge in my bank already, and shows in paypal as well. And trying to cancel it now says "You have already paid for your PC Game Pass subscription. It will expire automatically on 2/2/2022.

Thanks for that but I don’t seem to have auto renewal available. When I select cancel subscription it doesn’t allow me cancel It states the following “We can’t cancel your subscription

You've already paid for your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. It will expire automatically on 27/04/2021” I have turned off recurring billing . If I turn on recurring billing again will I then be able to cancel my subscription and then turn off recurring billing. I just do not want to be charged as no one uses it.
