I got banned unfairly and this is complete bs

Playing with this kid, when he agrees to 1v1. Starts being extremely toxic and calling me extremely disrespectful stuff. After this we agree to gift eachother something, I go first and then he backs out and scams me of $15 irl money. Im mad and he leaves,
and I message him calling him a “scamming lil [mod removed]” and I get banned, this is completely unfair and bs reason to suspend my account.

To see about submitting a case review, you would want to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com However, keep in mind that being involved in trading anything through Live like that,
also violates the code of conduct/terms of service and could result in another enforcement action. It also doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, which profanity does, you can be punished.

Are you saying you unfairly got banned? That pretty rarely happens. If you got banned it's about 98% probable that you hacked your console or were cheating.

Thank you for your "help" and please excluse my language but this is complete BS! i got suspended for absolutely nothing! This could happend to anyone who could have spent thousands Of dollars on their account and one day they just wake up and it's banned and they can't do nothing about it! Xbox enforcement team is total complete BS!!
