I got banned twice for the same event

I've been banned twice for telling someone what the [Mod Removed - Profanity] I had a suspension in September* 2 weeks but lately u guys decided to banned me a second time end October when I ask what was for cause I knew I ain't did nothing
wrong u guys reply cause I said [Mod Removed - Profanity] which I had a ban already now I perceive all this like harassment from team enforcement I want to speak whit a supervisor and clarify things out cause otherwise I might just gonna
purchase a playstation next time. cause I'm tired to deal for so much [Mod Removed - Profanity] situation most of the case I wasn't the problem and I got the punishment looking forward For some replies here.

My account on Xbox one is , in the same week i have been banned twice for the same reason. the first time i understand, one day ban to show me that i shouldn't do this again, then 3 days later i get a ban that lasts 10 days i checked my messages
and i haven't sent any messages since then with inappropriate language or anything offensive that could hurt someones feelings. please it would be awesome if this ban could be lifted because it was placed so soon after the last one. this ban in my opinion
was falsely placed on my account

There is no statute of limitations on incidents that occur on Xbox Live. What that means is that the incident you were suspended for may have been completely unrelated to the one that led to the September suspension. You can request a case review at the
Enforcement site linked in the previous Ambassador's post.

 

Hello Bruce,

Unfortunately there is no way to talk to a supervisor here. The only way to get with enforcement is through a case review. In which they will message or email you with their decision and I not sure if you can reply to it. Any questions about the suspension
should be directed to their site.
