I got banned till 9999 and it wasn't my fault

Well this past weekend my friends and i had a sleep over and during that time we were playing xbox and having fun. At the time one of my friends got on my phone and got on my xbox app and changed my gamerpic to a pornographic image. I had no idea till the
next day when i came back from school to log on and see the msg that my account has been permently banned!!! I was shocked and going crazy because i didn't do anything. I go on my enforcement history and it says due to nudity and pornographic content on my
gamerpic. I thought i was hacked or something because i dont remeber even changing my gamerpic since about a month ago to a favorite pic of mine. I looked at terms and service about what you can have as a gamerpic and reviewed my past gamerpic and didnt see
anything violating the terms. I go to school the next day mentioning this to my friends and then the truth comes out. One of my friends from that night said they trolled me and got on my phone and put pornographic content as my gamerpic. As of right now i
am very mad at this person and i really loved my account. I have been apart of the xbox community since the start. And for this to happen i really would like to see if theres anything i could do. Thank you

I was banned and it wasn't my fault

My account has been wrongly banned for something I wasn't involved in. One of my friends went into my account and sent another one of my friends a rude message. The other friend therefore reported my account as a "joke" and my account has been banned. Please

There was no advantage. They abused it and got all of those accounts banned till 9999 aswell as any accounts associated with it

Agree. Nothing happens to modders. I had my other account banned in 13 for no apparent reason. No evidence. No NOTHING. Till 12/31/9999. That same day I had a $50 gift card and one year xbl. After I got off I got back on a couple of hours later. What
do I see. I see I am banned till 9999. Once again no evidence. Modders are there untouched but people that literally do nothing...get banned.

At the time, the email said to call support to get more information. They transferred me to a department and basically told me they can't tell me the reason the account was banned. This was around the time Modern Warfare 2 Modded lobbys were a thing, I
started matchmaking for a PUBLIC Search & Destroy lobby and got into a game and then someone started modding the lobby. The next morning I turned on my 360 it said I was banned till 12/31/9999. I remember that distinctly and thats the only reason I can think
my account was banned, but that is not my fault at all.
