I got banned on xbox while playing a 18+ game

Alright so,I was playing GTA online and someone was harrasing me, so i started chasing him and he bunkered inside a building and hired mercenaries to attack me, I survived and I sent him a message calling him a woman's genital organ and later that day i realised i got banned for a number of days i dont know and i just believe that if someone is playing a game which is 18+ the bans should be a bit lighter.Thoughts?

regardless of age rating in the game, the online messaging and chat system is rated 'Disney or bud lite' so no swearing, no threats basically nothing, i would avoid chatting or replying to messages.

That is false, Each of them such as Minnesota Burns, Trolled 5 year old kids that used mods or hacks in Call of Duty, THEY got banned, while the 5 year old modders didn't.

As far as I know, "Trolling" is not illegal, and is not against any rules in Call of Duty, or Xbox LIVE. And you need to be at least 17 or 18 to play Call of Duty, And mods and hacks are strictly forbidden on Xbox and games. So, A message to XBLEF:
You are ugly, Do your job right. Ban the hackers, Reward the adults.

Yeah I understand this. It's just odd that you can get a 2 week ban so easily when you are reported while playing a game that you have been told is for a 18+ and language supporting that is used by the people playing it

probably gonna get it taken down for saying 'stupid' pathetic people. I got com banned for called someone a "female dog" on MWR (a game which you have to be 18+ to play on)
