I got banned! I cant talk with anyone

and i got banned for a misstate but every time i try talking to the support i just got the info; hi you are not allowed to ask about this!! i cant get any info on the ban!! and i cant even talk to a intelligent person about it!!!!

I was banned for a day and was not lifted fully after said it should be. I cant talk to anyone or here

Same problem that I am having. Cant find anyone to talk to. Been going on for two hours now. Canf find anyone to talk to. I got a text saying it was back online but that was a lie.
