I got banned from vc help

I got banned from voice chat, I did nothing wrong, in fact the other guy was in the wrong, I was messing around and trash talking because I knew what I could say because I read the code of conduct. And he started talking trash too, so naturally I continued some trashed talk, and eventually he said that I needed to go to therapy sessions for anger management, and if you knew me I’m a pretty nice guy, I feel like he went to far during this because he gave me a website and everything, then he said “have fun getting vc banned” so I asked him how that would happen and he said “idk” and then he said gg, so I thought it was over until I got banned from something I said to him, and he sent me a voice clip of him saying “Told you, you would be voice banned,” at this point he’s gone too far. Please Microsoft help

Just a gentle reminder that for enforcement actions there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. I’m so sorry but the reason and all details are only available on your end.

I understand this situation is frustrating for you, however, I would like to let you know that no one in the community forums or someone from Microsoft support is capable of assisting with enforcement actions.

Retaliation is never the answer. Harmful words or actions, even when used in self-defense, will result in an enforcement if reported. So, it’s in your best interest to report the other player, let it go, and get back to gaming.

If your suspension is eligible for an appeal, you can file a case review to the Xbox enforcement team. Here's how:

Sign in and visit the Enforcement page. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the Gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Showing enforcements. Under Previous or Current you will find “Completed suspensions” and “Active suspensions” for your account or the account that you’ve selected.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

Note: Xbox won’t tolerate abusive behavior. When you submit an appeal or reply to an agent’s request for additional info, don’t abuse or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise provocative content. Case review inquiries are subject to the guidelines that are outlined within the Community Standards for Xbox. Disregarding these rules may result in the closure of your case review. Especially egregious violations may result in additional Xbox enforcement action.

Yo I had bought a gift card earlier an I just got home to get some vc for my myplayer an when I went to go buy some vc I bought 75,000 two times and den I bought another one for 15,000 vc and I go into my my career mode and it only showed 22,000 vc I need help getting my vc

That's seriously the only option I have? Xbox allows 1 bad nut to ruin it for everyone else? This is outrageous, I report the dude for telling me to
