    Report mute and block, dont message or rise to any messages sent by the person, enforcement will take care of the issue.

    Unfortunately it happens a lot with the higher ranked players...My suggestion is to go to your recent players and MUTE every single player that quits to save rank. That way when you're in the ranked lobby if you see someone with a muted mic join you know
    to back out!
