I got banned from sea of thieves for a unlawful reason.

So RARE LTD finally decided to tell me why I got banned and it is for "abusing the support system" I only did 4 support request in my time of playing sea of thieves. [ I will have my support history, which I will use in court] One of them as about a
toxic/racist player, then the other was about a suspicious player. One of the other ones was about a Bug in which I informed them there was a chest that was unable to be picken up in a bottom of a sunken ship. The last one was Me complaining to them about
hit-register and telling them how to fix it by fixing their servers. This is because their servers have high ping 95% of the time. You can tell this by looking at your Millisecond delay. [M/S]

[Hit-register is a bug in their game that shows a hit marker but doesn't do damage to the character] This means the hitmarker is client side and the damage done/taken is server side. Also why do I get banned for complaining to support ONCE,
but the dude that was racist to me is probably still playing the game.

I'm tempted to get a lawyer and see where this goes because this seems quite unlawful I'm confident It isn't abuse if I just do it once, either way I still told them the problem and a way to fix it. The support system is there for people to complain
about the problems of the game AKA BUGS. Atleast I was nice enough to tell them the problem and a way to fix it, and yet i get silenced and banned for it. The two people who viewed my support ticket were : Blaze, and Belladonna

I no longer have Steam on my computer and I got a refund for Sea of Thieves from Steam so it's not even in my Library. I also uninstalled the Steam version of Sea of Thieves from my computer.

Thanks for letting me know it was mixed up. The reply you got was similar to the other which is why I did the copy/paste. As the ban is specific to Sea of Thieves only they would be able to lift it.

This is the reason I'm asking about whether or not the purchase went through properly for you.

Are you banned only in Sea of Thieves or other online games to? If its only Sea of Thieves then its a game ban not a Xbox ban,

Sea of thieves decided to uninstall itself for some reason over night, making it so that I cant play Sea of Thieves today due to the long download time.

If I buy Sea of Thieves on Steam, can I play with the same account as on the xbox app version? That way I wont need to deal with the Xbox app or its version of Sea of Thieves.
