I got banned from mixer for no reason.

Mixer can't help me, it is Microsoft that need to help me.

He already contacted Mixer Support. The entire conversation he posted is with Mixer Support, they're telling him that he isn't banned on Mixer, and that the screenshot he showed is an Xbox Live ban.

If it is not a ban from Mixer as they say, you'll need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if it is a Live ban.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you can't get onto Mixer due to an Xbox Live suspension/ban.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our
Enforcement website
for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

Even if you are not a subscriber to Xbox Live Gold, if you've got a Microsoft/Xbox account, then you are held to the the Code
of Conduct. This means that any conduct that goes against the code that is reported to Enforcement is looked into and if determined to be in violation, you may receive a ban or suspension.
