Your only chance is to request a case review at
the Enforcement site. Sign onto the site and click on "How do I?" at the top of the page. On the new page that appears, go to the left-side menu and click on "Case Review". Be sure to read it thoroughly, as you get one and ONLY ONE review per suspension.
You are eligible for review if your suspension is for longer than 24 hours (permanent qualifies) and was issued within the past 12 months.

However, if you have used your case review and the decision was listed as Upheld, there is nothing more that can be done.

As mentioned there is nothing you can do, Permanent bans are the end all be all. Also nothing could be done over the forums anyways. Only Enforcement can handle enforcement related stuff.

I think you should give one more chance

Unfortunately permanent bans cannot be revoked. You most likely received this ban for violated a major policy in the ToS. There isn't anything to be done in this case.
