I got banned for the second time for my gamerpic being me.

I just want my second ban to be removed because I got banned the second time for no reason

Okay first i got banned on july 8th for communcation until the 11th i got unbanned and on the 13th i got banned for gamerpic and idk if it was that was last 5th ban that got me permanent ban. But my last 2 bans was about my gamerpics and gamertag. And the last banned was suppose to end on the 14th of july and my permanent ban started on the 13th. So it doesnt make sense why i am getting permanent banned for something i got punished for already? I didnt say this in my apeal case but i should've said so

A permanent ban starting before a previous ban has not concluded may mean that the perma ban was related to a different offense. Bear in mind that not all offenses take the same amount of time to be investigated...it's possible the perma offense was from weeks or months ago and it's just coincidence it happened now.

However, there is no way for anybody here to know as the only department that will know is the Enforcement department and the only way to contact them is via the appeal process

just curious, don't you find all these bans for gamerpics a bit fishy, even Microsoft provided ones are getting people banned multiple times, there has to be an issue that is not being looked at.

Omg I think the reason for the second ban was because me and this guy were joking around and at one point I said "u r ded meet" and I think that is what did it. Gotta love this community <3
