    i got banned for something i didnt do


    i was challenged to do a 1v1 i dont have a. mic at the moment so i accepted i was polite and messaged gg after i won an said nice shot and ect all over the messaging i didnt say profanity but then he got lots of his friends to report me this is the 3rd time
    this has happend like this im probably going to switch to ps4 thank you for listening

    Alright i need help i recently got banned for 12/31/9999 for marketplace theft i could not of steal anything because i have been hacked and recently started playing so i need help please

    Just because someone reports you does not mean that you will get suspended. when a report is made it gets sent to the enforcement team who will then investigate it if there was a violation of the terms of use/code of conduct then that is when they put the
    suspension onto the account. if there was no violation then there would be no suspension put onto the account.

    If you feel you have been wrongly suspended you can sign in at enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

    The enforcement team does not monitor these forums they only handle things through their website.

    The Enforcement team do a brilliant job though unfortunately no one ever is happy when they are put on a ban. Respectfully saying that you want to protest over this, you are fully within your right to do that.
