I got banned for somebody using explicit language and me asking what it meant? How is this fair

So, you've admitted that a clip you uploaded had explicit language, and your questioning why your got banned?

Seriously?

How about this, you grow up and face your punishment. It doesn't matter if your clip got a million likes and rainbows came out of your TV screen, it still has explicit language.

Read the terms and conditions that you agreed to, that kind of thing is frowned upon.

If you don't like how your being treated you could always go over to the PlayStation, but they do the same sort of thing.

i agree with you mate. It seems that every little message you send to somebody gets you banned but people are trolling griefing and hacking and absolute **** all happens to them. Xbox says their enforcement system is based on fair decisions or whatever,
but all they do is take one report because you said kys or fag to somebody and instant banned, no hearing of the other side of the story, just instant banned

Why do you have to use that kind of language in the first place? When you do use that language, you are violating the Terms of Use/Code of Conduct. That is why you get banned.

In the terms of service it stats that you cannot use explicit or offensive language. There is nothing you can do about this and must wait out the ban time for party and text chat. It should only be a 24 hour ban.

Dude. [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] goes out into the real world and doesnt hear any sort of “foul language?” The use of foul language is literally in the game that we were playing. Xbox needs to implement some sort of setting that allows
you to use “foul language” even though what I said was NOT foul language (and they banned it again... it was literally the word
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate]) I didnt cuss, I didnt use it in a sexualizex context. My main point here is that xbox does not care about harassment, they only care about what words somebody uses. I got autobanned and the guy who messaged me
first gets off scotch free. I report people who harass me for my gender, I report people who harass me in game, and nothing happens. I use the word “[Mod Removed - Inappropriate]” and I get auto banned.
